Job summary

NationsBenefits is hiring a Hearing Ambassador for the Sam’s Club Hearing Aid Center in Tarentum, PA. The role focuses on engaging customers, supporting hearing health needs, educating members about hearing wellness, and scheduling appointments in a fast-paced retail health environment.

On-site daily work at the club, interacting with members, promoting products, and meeting test scheduling targets. Strong communication and scheduling skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service, sales, or retail experience.
• Experience with PC hardware and software and basic computer systems.
• Excellent oral and written communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience scheduling patient or customer appointments.
• Proficiency with scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Make 30-50 outbound calls daily to prospective and existing customers.
• Secure a minimum of 4 immediate or scheduled hearing tests daily.
• Promote and sell non-hearing-aid products when appropriate.
• Aim for a 50% increase in non-hearing-aid product sales.
• Learn and use handheld screener as a lead intercepting tool where state regulations allow.
• Assist with calls to past tested Members for scheduling visits.
