Job summary

NationsBenefits is seeking a Hearing Ambassador to support licensed dispensers at the Sam’s Club Hearing Aid Center in Overland Park, KS. The role focuses on engaging customers, promoting hearing health, scheduling appointments, and growing the center’s reach through community outreach.

Key duties include outbound calling, driving test bookings, and upselling related products. On-site role with frequent walking and event participation to boost engagement.

Qualifications

• Requires strong customer service, sales, or retail background.
• Experience with PC hardware/software and general computer knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, problem-solving and presentation skills.
• Prior experience with patient/customer appointment scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Make 30-50 outbound calls daily to prospective or existing customers.
• Secure a minimum of 4 immediate or scheduled full hearing tests daily.
• Promote and sell non-hearing aid products when appropriate.
• Assist in scheduling return visits and coordinating events for HAC at Sam’s Club.
