Job summary

NationsBenefits, LLC is seeking a Hearing Ambassador to assist licensed dispensers in meeting goals and duties at the Sam’s Club Hearing Aid Center in Eagan, CO. The role focuses on customer engagement, hearing wellness education, appointment scheduling, and community outreach.

Responsibilities include product knowledge, driving tests and purchases, outbound calls, and promoting non-hearing aid items to boost overall sales. This is an on-site position within HAC.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles or retail.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with members.
• Familiarity with scheduling and appointment coordination.

Responsibilities

• Have working knowledge of Hearing Aid Center products and services.
• Set the stage for tests and full purchases when interacting with Members.
• Complete 30-50 outbound calls daily to prospective or existing customers.
• Secure a minimum of 4 immediate or scheduled full hearing tests daily.
• Promote and sell non-hearing aid products when appropriate.
• Expect a 50% increase in non-hearing aid product sales.
• Learn and use handheld screener as an intercepting tool for qualified leads.
• Assist in calling past tested Members for scheduling visits.
• Promote the HAC during events and outreach opportunities.
• Based in HAC but spend 95% of time in the club intercepting and setting tests.
