Job summary

NationsBenefits, LLC is hiring a Hearing Ambassador to support the Sam’s Club Hearing Aid Center in Pueblo, CO. This on-site role engages customers, educates on hearing wellness, schedules appointments, and supports growth through community outreach and relationship building.

The position requires a high school diploma, strong customer service and sales experience, and proficiency with scheduling software and basic computer systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service, sales, or retail experience.
• Experience with scheduling software and general computer systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Have working knowledge of Hearing Aid Center products and services.
• Set stage for tests and sales interactions with Members.
• Complete 30–50 outbound calls daily to prospects and existing customers.
• Secure minimum of 4 hearing tests daily for the center team.
• Promote non-hearing-aid products when appropriate to Members.
• Aim for 50% increase in non-hearing-aid product sales.
