NationsBenefits, LLC is seeking a Hearing Ambassador for an on-site role at the Sam’s Club Hearing Aid Center in Charleston, WV. The role focuses on assisting licensed dispensers, engaging customers, educating on hearing wellness, and scheduling tests and appointments.

Responsibilities include outbound calls, driving test bookings, promoting products, and supporting growth through community outreach. A high school diploma and strong customer service or sales experience are required.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service, sales, or retail experience.
• Experience with PC hardware and software; general computer and Internet knowledge.
• Excellent oral and written communication, organizational, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Previous experience with patient/customer appointment scheduling.
• Proficiency with scheduling software.

Responsabilidades

• Have a working knowledge of Hearing Aid Center products and services.
• Set expectations for tests and purchases when interacting with Members.
• Complete 30-50 outbound calls daily to prospective or existing customers.
• Secure a minimum of 4 hearing tests daily for the hearing aid specialist or audiologist.
• Promote non-hearing aid products when appropriate.
• Assist with scheduling return visits and callbacks as needed.
• Promote the HAC during Sam’s Club events and center events.
• Spend 95% of time walking/interacting in the club and setting tests.
