Job summary

NationsBenefits is seeking a Hearing Ambassador to assist licensed dispensers, engage customers, educate on hearing wellness, schedule appointments, and support growth through community outreach.

This on-site role at Sam's Club Hearing Aid Center in Knoxville, TN requires proactive outreach, product promotion, and strong communication skills. Excellent customer service, scheduling, and PC familiarity are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service, sales, or retail experience.
• Experience with PC hardware and software; general computer and Internet knowledge.
• Excellent oral and written communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with patient/customer appointment scheduling.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Know and promote HAC products and services.
• Set the stage for full tests and potential purchases.
• Make 30–50 outbound calls daily to customers.
• Secure at least 4 immediate or scheduled full hearing tests daily.
• Promote non-hearing aid products when appropriate.
• Aim for a 50% increase in non-hearing aid product sales.
• Learn and use handheld screener as a leads tool.
• Assist with calling past tested Members for scheduling visits.
• Promote HAC at Sam's Club events and center events.
• Based in HAC, spend 95% of time in clubs.
