AudioNova, part of Sonova, in Madison, WI, seeks a Hearing Care Coordinator to support clinicians and patients with scheduling, insurance verification, and payments in a busy clinic.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a health care environment are preferred.
• Previous customer service experience is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients with a positive, professional attitude.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Verify insurance benefits and process authorizations.
• Assist with intake forms, payments, and records.
• Maintain inventory and assist with supplies and events.
• Support clinic staff and ensure quality patient care.
