Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree is preferred.
• Prior experience in healthcare or patient-facing roles is preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and EMR/EHR systems is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients with a positive and professional attitude.
• Schedule/confirm patient appointments and follow-ups.
• Verify insurance benefits and process payments.
• Provide first level support and answer questions from patients.
• Maintain patient files and ensure accurate documentation.
• Assist with inventory and general office duties.
• Support event planning and community outreach as needed.
