Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience/knowledge with hearing aids is a plus.
• 2+ years in a health care environment preferred.
• Previous customer service experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients with a positive and professional attitude
• Schedule appointments and assist with follow-up visits
• Verify insurance benefits and details
• Process payments and provide first level support
• Manage inventory and assist with community outreach events
• Maintain patient files and input data into the system
