Sonova is hiring a Hearing Care Coordinator to work closely with clinical staff, supporting patients and physicians in a busy clinic. You will schedule appointments, verify benefits, collect intake forms, and assist with payments while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

The role requires strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills, with prior hearing aid exposure a plus. Excellent teamwork and a patient-first attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills in verbal and written form.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with patients and physicians.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy practices.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients with a positive and professional attitude.
• Schedule appointments and verify insurance benefits.
• Assist with patient intake forms and maintain files.
• Perform benefit checks and authorize insurance for patients.
• Provide first-level support and process payments.
• Assist with repairs under supervision of a licensed professional.
• Prepare deposits and submit daily finance reports.
• Manage inventory and stock levels; order supplies as needed.
• Support event planning and logistics for community outreach.
