Qualifications

• 2+ years in a healthcare environment is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience is required.
• Prior experience/knowledge with hearing aids is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients with a positive professional attitude.
• Schedule follow-up hearing tests and consultations.
• Collect patient intake forms and maintain patient files.
• Complete benefit checks and authorizations for insurance.
• Provide first level support to patients and collect payments.
• Process repairs under supervision of a licensed professional.
• Manage inventory and submit supply orders as needed.
