The role emphasizes HIPAA compliance, strong patient relations, and clinic operations support, with a Monday–Friday schedule and no night shifts. Prior health care experience is valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience with hearing aids is a plus.
• 2+ years in a health care environment preferred; customer service required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients with a positive and professional attitude.
• Place outbound calls to schedule follow-up tests and weekly evaluations.
• Collect intake forms and maintain patient files/notes.
• Verify insurance benefits and obtain authorizations.
• Process payments and assist with patient orders.
• Assist with inventory management and facility requests.
• Support event planning and monthly community outreach.
