Qualifications

• 2+ years in a health care environment is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience is required.
• Prior experience/knowledge with hearing aids is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients with a positive and professional attitude.
• Schedule follow-up hearing tests and consultations.
• Collect patient intake forms and maintain patient files/notes.
• Complete benefit checks and authorization for insurance.
• Provide first level support to patients and process payments.
• Manage inventory, order/monitor stock, and submit supply orders.
