Job summary

Sonova and its AudioNova brand in Charlotte, NC are seeking a Hearing Care Coordinator. The role supports clinical staff, schedules appointments, verifies benefits, and assists patients with needs in the clinic.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:30am–3:00pm (30 hours/week). We offer a 401K with company match, free hearing aids for employees/family, PTO/holidays, and no night or weekend shifts. We are an equal opportunity employer, committed to diversity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience/knowledge with hearing aids is a plus.
• 2+ years in a health care environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients with a positive and professional attitude.
• Schedule appointments and verify insurance details.
• Provide first level support to patients and answer questions.
• Manage patient records and daily financial processes.
• Assist with inventory, repairs, and event logistics.
