Job summary

AudioNova, part of Sonova, Downey, CA is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to support clinical staff and ensure high-quality patient care. You will schedule appointments, verify benefits, assist with payments, and help with inventory and event logistics.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, current pay of $21.00–$23.00 per hour plus a sales incentive bonus, and benefits like 401K matching and free hearing aids for employees. Evening or weekend shifts are not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in a health care environment preferred.
• Previous customer service experience is required.
• Hearing aids experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients with a positive and professional attitude.
• Place outbound calls to schedule follow‑ups and weekly evaluations.
• Collect patient intake forms and maintain files.
• Verify insurance benefits and collect payments.
• Provide first level support to patients and check patients in/out.
• Manage inventory, stock and supply orders as needed.
• Assist with event planning and logistics for community outreach.
