AudioNova, part of Sonova, seeks a Patient Care Coordinator in The Villages, Traverse, FL. You will work closely with clinical staff to ensure top-quality hearing care and patient services, including scheduling, insurance checks, and patient support.

The role offers a daytime schedule with no nights or weekends, paid time off, and employee hearing aid discounts. Prior experience in patient services is preferred and healthcare familiarity is valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is preferred.
• Prior experience with hearing aids is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients professionally and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
• Schedule appointments and verify insurance details for patients.
• Assist with patient intake forms, payments, and records
• Perform benefit checks and obtain insurance authorizations
• Support clinicians and refer physicians as needed
• Process patient orders and manage inventory
• Assist with community outreach events at least monthly
