Sonova's AudioNova unit in Zeeland, MI is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to support clinicians and patients in a busy hearing care setting. You will schedule appointments, verify benefits, collect forms, and help with daily clinic operations.

We seek strong communicators with 2+ years in healthcare and MS Office proficiency; hearing aid knowledge is a plus. Competitive hourly pay, sales incentives, and benefits available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; associates degree preferred.
• 2+ years in a healthcare setting and customer service experience required.
• Strong communication skills; familiarity with hearing aids is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients with a positive, professional attitude.
• Schedule follow-up tests and clinic evaluations; confirm appointments.
• Verify benefits and prior authorizations for insurance.
• Provide first-level patient support, check-in/out, and payments.
• Process orders, maintain patient files, and assist with inventory.
• Support event planning and community outreach efforts.
