You will work with clinical staff to ensure patients receive quality care and service, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and supporting patients throughout visits. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in health care and customer service experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a health care environment preferred.
• Previous customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients with a positive and professional attitude.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments; manage follow-ups.
• Verify insurance benefits and perform benefit checks.
• Provide first-level support, assist with payments and answers.
• Maintain patient files and assist with office duties and inventory.
