AudioNova, part of Sonova Group, is seeking a Hearing Care Coordinator in Sturgis, MI. In this role, you will work closely with the clinical staff and ensure patients receive excellent care, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and maintain patient records.

With a pay range of $19.00-21.00 an hour and a range of benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, this position promotes a positive work environment with no nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a health care environment is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience is required.
• Prior experience/knowledge with hearing aids is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients with a positive and professional attitude.
• Schedule/Confirm patient appointments.
• Collect patient intake forms and maintain patient files/notes.
• Provide first level support to patients.
• Manage inventory and order/monitor stock.
• Assist with event planning and logistics.
