Job summary

HearUSA is seeking a Client Experience Specialist to ensure exceptional care for our hearing center clients. You will manage appointment schedules, greet and assist visitors, and maintain accurate charts and records while delivering friendly, proactive service.

You will handle walk‑in and curbside visits and support stock and daily reporting to keep the clinic running smoothly. We offer mentorship, professional development, continuing education, and tuition reimbursement to help you grow.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and office administration.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with scheduling software and MS Office.
• Strong multi-tasking, organization, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client charts and keep information up to date.
• Handle welcome and confirmation calls with friendly service.
• Manage clinic schedule for walk-ins, appointments, and clients.
• Enter stock and perform weekly inventory audits.
• Maintain cash records and end-of-day reports.
• Keep the environment clean and inviting.
• Basic hearing aid knowledge and simple cleaning/repairs.
• Assist with troubleshooting by phone or in-person.
• Know HearUSA products, promotions, and pricing; support HearAssist and remote care.
