Job summary

WS Audiology USA is seeking a Client Experience Specialist to ensure Simply Excellent Hearing Care. You will manage appointments, maintain patient charts, and provide friendly, proactive service to clients and teammates.

You will support HearUSA centers with inventory tasks, basic hearing aid knowledge, and field guidance. A high school diploma and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent minimum requirement.
• Experience in customer service and office administration is preferred.
• Strong communication, both spoken and written, with clients and colleagues.
• Proficiency with scheduling software and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client charts and ensure information is up to date.
• Prioritize welcome and confirmation calls and provide friendly customer service.
• Manage clinic schedule for walk-in, curbside and scheduled appointments.
• Enter stock and custom orders, perform weekly inventory audit.
• Maintain accurate records of cash and deposits and end-of-day reports.
