Job summary

Inspiren is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead multiple product deployments nationwide, ensuring smooth installation and adoption in senior-living facilities. You will drive hardware and software delivery, training, and a seamless handoff to clinical success management.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 5+ years in implementations or project management, with PMP preferred. Expect travel up to 80% and cross-functional collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in implementations, project management, or professional services.
• Proven experience implementing hardware and software solutions in health-tech/high-tech environments.
• Excellent project management skills; PMP certification preferred.
• Knowledge of lean tools/methodologies and strong stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Project Management: develop and implement plans to complete sites on-time and on-cost with high customer satisfaction.
• Deployment Execution: own the full lifecycle from sales handoff to post-implementation support.
• Customer Engagement: manage relationships with key stakeholders as the main contact for implementations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with Go-to-Market and other functions to tailor solutions.
• Process Optimization: drive improvements using lean tools and end-to-end process map analysis.
