Job summary

Take a Seat Tech is seeking an Implementation Manager in San Francisco, CA to own complex healthcare technology deployments from contract through go-live and stabilization. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and manage integrations, data needs, and success metrics to ensure on-time go-lives and strong adoption.

This role offers hybrid work in San Francisco with compensation ranging from $110,000 to $140,000 plus equity.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in SaaS implementation, professional services, or technical project management.
• Experience delivering enterprise software implementations.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Own multiple healthcare customer implementations from kickoff through go-live and stabilization.
• Build detailed project plans with milestones, dependencies and risks.
• Lead customer discovery to map workflows and translate requirements into configs.
• Coordinate Product, Engineering, Customer Success and Commercial teams.
• Manage integrations, data requirements and technical dependencies.
• Act as primary customer contact and lead implementation meetings.
• Deliver training and operational readiness programs.
• Monitor adoption and success metrics and feed requirements back to Product.
