Job summary

RXinsider LTD. in the United States seeks an Implementation Manager who acts as the primary client-facing partner, coordinating program execution across Product, Portfolio Management, and delivery teams to align milestones and readiness activities.

You will manage timelines, address blockers, and communicate risks to stakeholders while collaborating on scope, design, and transitions from implementation to operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business.
• 3-5 years of experience successfully managing complex software projects, including client-facing projects.
• Agile software development experience preferred.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical, specialty pharmacy, hub or related industries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage client communications, expectations, and implementation activities throughout the program lifecycle.
• Serve as the primary client contact during implementation, building trusted relationships and ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, risks, and readiness activities.
• Own implementation planning and execution, including coordinating activities, managing dependencies, tracking milestones, and driving deliverables to completion.
• Partner with Learning & Development teams to establish training plans, monitor readiness activities, and support successful client adoption.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation outcomes.
• Present implementation status, risks, readiness assessments, and key milestones to leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Work with Implementation Analysts to ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and aligned with client requirements.
