Job summary

Real Radiology is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to lead end-to-end onboarding of new customers and drive successful go-lives. You will coordinate IT setup, credentialing, scheduling, and operations while managing timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations.

The ideal candidate combines strong PM discipline with healthcare services experience and a proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, PM, or related field.
• 5+ years in project management or healthcare operations.
• PMI certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the full project lifecycle for new customer implementations.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans with milestones and dependencies.
• Manage project risk and escalate issues early.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, Credentialing, Scheduling, and Operations.
• Track and report status, milestones, and KPIs to leadership and clients.
• Facilitate kickoff meetings, status check-ins, training, and post-launch reviews.
• Maintain a repeatable implementation framework and documentation.
• Conduct post-project retrospectives for continuous improvement.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with prioritization.
