Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking a labor systems professional to support the development, implementation, optimization and utilization of scheduling and staffing tools in multi-hospital environments. The role focuses on UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) and Clinical Scheduling Extensions (CSE) to optimize scheduling, staffing, labor analytics and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year university is preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in hospital staffing and scheduling.
• Experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) and Clinical Scheduling Extensions (CSE) or comparable enterprise scheduling and timekeeping systems.
• Customer service and stakeholder relationship management.
• System implementation and maintenance, training, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Support product strategy and direction, including implementation activities and training.
• Provide user support and liaison functions; review designs and test enhancements.
• Collaborate with IT and vendor partners to improve system functionality and user experience.
• Work with development and support teams to expand adoption of workforce management tools across hospitals.
