• Minimum of five years in hospital staffing, scheduling, labor analytics.
• Experience with UKG Pro WFM and CSE or similar systems.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder mgmt skills.
• Experience with system implementation, change mgmt, and training.

Responsibilities

• Support workforce management product strategy and direction.
• Assist in implementation activities, training, and user support.
• Collaborate with IT and vendors to improve system functionality.
• Support hospitals with optimizing scheduling and staffing workflows.
• Travel up to 20% as required.
