Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking a labor systems professional to support scheduling, staffing, and labor analytics across hospital settings. You will implement and optimize workforce management tools, with emphasis on UKG Pro WFM and Clinical Scheduling Extensions, while partnering with CNOs and operations leaders to drive staffing efficiency.

Requires 5+ years in hospital scheduling, strong analytics, and experience with enterprise scheduling systems; travel up to 20% and background checks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year university is preferred.
• Minimum five years of experience in hospital staffing and scheduling.
• Hospital labor management, productivity, and workforce analytics experience.
• Workforce management and scheduling applications, including UKG Pro WFM and CSE.
• Customer service and stakeholder relationship management.
• System implementation and maintenance, training, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Support development, implementation, optimization, and utilization of scheduling and staffing systems.
• Collaborate with IT and vendor partners to improve system functionality and user experience.
• Partner with hospital CNOs and operational leaders to optimize staffing and analytics.
• Travel up to 20% and pass a Motor Vehicle Records check.
