Job summary

Beacon Hill Technologies seeks a labor systems professional focused on scheduling and staffing applications in hospitals. You will develop, implement, optimize, and utilize scheduling tools like UKG Pro WFM and CSE, partnering with hospital leaders to improve staffing productivity and analytics.

Responsibilities include supporting product strategy, implementation, training, user support, and liaison with IT and vendor partners to enhance system functionality and user experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year university is preferred.
• Minimum of five years of experience in hospital staffing, scheduling, and labor management.
• Experience with UKG Pro WFM and CSE or similar enterprise scheduling systems.
• Customer service and stakeholder relationship management.
• System implementation, training, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Support product strategy and direction, implementation activities, training, user support and liaison functions, application design review, testing of enhancements and interfaces, and collaboration with IT and vendor partners to improve system functionality and user experience.
• Work closely with development and support teams and play a key role in expanded adoption of workforce management tools across hospitals.
