Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or greater required.
• Teaching or performance experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel 25-60% of working days.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
• COVID-19 vaccination is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare users and staff.
• Serve as first point of contact and shape the user experience during Epic transitions.
• Design training programs, develop materials and scenarios to deliver.
• Collaborate with teams to create workflow-based content and implement improved software usability.
• Support organizations in developing their training and participate in projects to enhance Epic software.
