Epic is hiring a Trainer based on our campus near Madison, WI, with relocation assistance provided. You will lead in-person and virtual training for physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff, shaping their experience as they transition to Epic.

From instructional design to training materials and scenarios, you will drive the end-to-end process, collaborate with teams to build workflow-based content, and engage client organizations to tailor training. Travel may be required 25-60%.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or higher required or equivalent.
• Preferred experience in education, teaching, or performance.
• Will travel 25-60% with 2–4 day trips typical.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to Madison area reimbursed.

Mansioni

• Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses and staff.
• Be the first point of contact for staff and users during training.
