Job summary

Epic is seeking a Trainer to lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare users, as well as Epic staff. The role covers instructional design and development of training materials and scenarios that you will deliver.

You will collaborate with teams to design workflow-based training content, work with organizations on training development, and contribute to projects improving our software usability, with relocation assistance provided for Madison, WI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or greater (any major).
• Prior education, teaching, or performance experience preferred.
• A history of academic and professional success.
• Willingness to travel 25-60% of working days, with a typical month including 1-2 trips lasting 2-4 days.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities
