Job summary

Epic seeks a Trainer based near Madison, WI, to lead in-person and virtual training for physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff. You’ll design training materials, deliver scenarios, and guide users as they transition to Epic, collaborating with teams to improve workflow and software usability.

This role requires relocation to the Madison area, travel 25-60% of working days, and a minimum of a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or greater (any major) required or preferred.
Prior education, teaching, or performance experience preferred.
Proven track record of academic and professional success.
Willingness to travel 25-60% of working days.
Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Relocation to Madison, WI area reimbursed.
COVID-19 vaccination required.

Responsibilities

Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare users.
Be the first point of contact for staff and users, shaping their Epic experience.
Develop training materials and scenarios for delivery.
Design workflow-based training content in collaboration with teams.
Work with organizations to develop training and contribute to projects improving Epic usability.
