Job summary

Epic is seeking a Trainer to lead in-person and virtual training for physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff. The role requires relocation to the Madison, WI area, with comprehensive relocation assistance provided.

You will design training materials and deliver sessions, serving as the first point of contact to ensure staff transition smoothly to Epic. You will work with teams to develop workflow-based content, collaborate with organizations to tailor their training, and contribute to projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or greater (any major).
• Prior education, teaching, or performance experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel 25-60% of working days; typical month includes 1-2 trips lasting 2-4 days.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and healthcare users.
• Be the first point of contact for staff and users; shape their experience as they transition to Epic.
• Contribute to instructional design and development of training materials and scenarios.
• Collaborate in teams to design workflow-based training content and develop organizational training.
• Support projects to make Epic software more intuitive.
