Job summary

Epic is seeking a Trainer to lead in-person and virtual training for physicians, nurses, and healthcare users, including staff. You will shape their experience as they transition to Epic and help save lives.

The role covers instructional design, development of training materials and scenarios, and collaboration with teams to create workflow-based content. As part of a dedicated campus in Madison, WI, relocation assistance is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Experience in education, teaching, or performance.
• Proven academic and professional success.
• Willingness to travel 25–60% of working days; 1–2 trips per month lasting 2–4 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and healthcare users.
• Be the first point of contact for staff and users, shaping their Epic experience.
• Involve in instructional design and develop training materials and scenarios to deliver.
• Collaborate with teams to design workflow-based training content and assist client organizations.
• Contribute to projects to improve Epic software usability.
