Planned Parenthood North Central States is seeking a Training & Development Specialist Health Center Associate for NE. The role focuses on onboarding health center staff, delivering effective trainings, and maintaining training records across Omaha and Lincoln health centers with some remote administrative duties.

Responsibilities include developing onboarding materials, coordinating training programs, and traveling between NE health centers to train staff, while supporting organizational goals

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification for healthcare providers.
• Experience effectively training and supporting new employees.
• Working knowledge of technology including Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Prepares for and trains newly hired health center associates in Family Planning and Abortion Care.
• Works with organizational staff to understand needs and develop interventions and materials.
• Designs and develops training materials for staff education and onboarding.
• Develops, coordinates, implements, and evaluates training programs aligned with the organization’s goals.
• Travels to PPNCS locations to provide initial and ongoing training.
