Job summary

Travel to locations in Iowa and surrounding states is possible.

Qualifications
- 1 year of customer service experience.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certificate for healthcare providers.
- Experience effectively training and supporting new employees.
- Working knowledge of technology including Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities
- Onboard health center staff and train new hires as assigned.
- Develop and implement training materials and sessions for front desk and back-office staff.
- Coordinate training activities and evaluate program effectiveness.
- Travel to PPNCS locations to provide on-the-job training and assessments.
- Support health center leaders with staff development and competency tracking.
