Job summary

Integra Partners is seeking a Training Specialist to design, develop, implement, and coordinate a comprehensive operations training program. You will collaborate with Operations leadership and the executive team to address organizational needs, drive change, and deliver best-in-class training solutions.

The role requires 2+ years in training & development, healthcare experience preferred, and proficiency with Eloomi or similar LMS.

Qualifications

• BS or BA degree in a related field or 2 years of relevant training experience.
• Proven experience in designing multiple training events in a corporate setting.
• Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement training content using different learning modalities for internal employees and external customers.
• Create learner journeys based on job roles and training needs.
• Track training progress and monitor access to improve training effectiveness.
• Develop and implement effective ways to conduct training and make it engaging (workshops, retreats, gamification).
• Coordinate with leadership to update stakeholders on training program status.
