Privia Health is seeking a training leader to oversee development, implementation, and evaluation of programs across in-person, eLearning, and virtual formats. You will mentor a team of trainers to ensure high-quality delivery and ally with Clinical IT on strategic initiatives and releases.

The role emphasizes HIPAA compliance, workflow optimization, and iterative process improvement, with a strong focus on improving patient experiences and practice efficiency across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant necessary experience.
• Knowledgeable about extended medical terminology and HIPAA compliance.
• Experience with workflow optimization and iterative process improvement.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of training programs across in-person, eLearning, and virtual formats.
• Mentor and coach a team of trainers to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of training.
