Job summary

Privia Health is seeking a training leader to oversee development, implementation, and evaluation of programs across in-person, eLearning, and virtual formats. You will mentor a team of trainers to ensure high-quality delivery and ally with Clinical IT on strategic initiatives and releases.

The role emphasizes HIPAA compliance, workflow optimization, and iterative process improvement, with a strong focus on improving patient experiences and practice efficiency across the organization.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base pay range $79,000 to $94,000 plus eligibility for an annual bonus targeted at 15%.

• Employees who regularly work from home offices are eligible for expense reimbursement to offset costs.
