Qualifications

• Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach a team of trainers to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Lead training, workflow, and configuration for new markets and enterprise groups.
• Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs.
• Evaluate and update training materials for current effectiveness.
• Support internal athena training programs for new hires.
• Assist market-based teams with issue resolution and new initiatives.
• Provide direction through national meetings and training sessions.
• Serve as SME for Privia Health’s technology platform and workflows.
• Coordinate national training requests and allocate trainer resources.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver pre and post-live training experiences.
• Build and maintain relationships across the organization for training alignment.
• Collaborate with Clinical IT on initiatives like pilots and release cycles.
• Drive key initiatives to operationalize strategies through training.
• Track metrics to improve understanding and efficiency.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality.
