Job summary

Privia Health is seeking a Training Associate to lead in-person and webinar-based training for providers and Care Center staff across TX markets. The role emphasizes EHR concepts, best-practice workflows, and on-the-spot problem solving.

Responsibilities include pre-live training, go-live support, curriculum customization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Travel for TX/WA/CA/AZ markets up to 70% is required, with HIPAA compliance and a strong customer-service mindset expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent background and experience in a healthcare setting.
• Prior knowledge of athenaNet is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with extended medical terminology.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Interpersonal skills to interact with diverse teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• HIPAA compliance and secure handling of patient information.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience with EMR or practice management systems; athenaClinicals/athenaCollector preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers pre-live training to providers, clinical staff, and administrative staff focusing on efficiency, delegation, and population health.
• Provides go-live and on-the-elbow support for the Care Center.
• Leverages curriculum to train EHR concepts.
• Customizes best practice curriculum based on workflow findings and Care Center needs.
• Monitors online e-learning completion.
• Ensures training is scheduled and delivered on-time.
• Uses reporting to identify providers and centers needing additional training.
• Collaborates with Implementation, Product Performance, and Performance Team; serves as athenahealth SME.
• Delivers excellent customer service through problem solving and follow-through.
