Job summary

Atlas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Staff Development Coordinator to design, implement, and evaluate training programs that enhance staff skills and patient care. You will work with leadership to develop policies and ensure alignment with organizational goals, while maintaining accurate training records and accreditation requirements.

The role requires MA RN licensure, healthcare experience, infection control knowledge, and strong communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• RN license MA required.
• Healthcare experience required, long-term care preferred.
• Infection control knowledge and experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and training methodologies.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and evaluate training programs.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop policies, procedures and standards.
• Conduct needs assessments to address knowledge and skill gaps.
• Develop and maintain records of training activities and certifications.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
