Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field required; BSN preferred.
• 2+ years in a clinical or educational role in healthcare, Long-term care preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and evaluate training programs, including orientation and ongoing education.
• Manage certifications, regulatory compliance, and infection control policies.
• Oversee onboarding for new hires and support staff transitions.
• Lead infection control initiatives and monitor adherence to procedures.
• Mentor staff, foster a learning culture, and provide hands-on training.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and gaps.
