EducateMe is seeking a Healthcare Training Advisor to shape onboarding and staff training for our healthcare-focused LMS and Trainio.ai. You’ll collaborate with the founder and product lead to tailor features for real-world clinical settings, and test concepts before release to ensure practical applicability for outpatient practices.

You’ll guide L&D approaches for patient-facing staff, help define practice scenarios, and contribute to coaching and evaluation methods used by the AI feedback

Formación

• Experience advising healthcare onboarding or staff training in US healthcare organizations.

Responsabilidades

• Advise on L&D approaches for EducateMe and Trainio.ai in healthcare contexts.
• Coordinate with founder and product lead to shape healthcare features.
• Test ideas pre-release to fit real-practice training workflows.
• Review and iterate on healthcare content and messaging with customers.
