Memorial Health is seeking a Clinical Learning Consultant to partner with clinical leaders to analyze, design, implement, and evaluate clinical learning solutions across the health system. The role focuses on strengthening workforce competence, improving patient care, and advancing strategic initiatives with a strong emphasis on adult learning principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing is required.
• Master’s degree in nursing, education, organization development, instructional design, or related field preferred.
• Current RN license in the State of Illinois.
• ACLS Instructor certification within 6 months of employment.
• Clinical specialty certifications (CCRN, CEN, RNC-OB) preferred.
• Relevant certifications (APTD, CPTD, CPTM, Prosci, PMP) preferred.

• Partner with clinical leaders, educators, and stakeholders to analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate clinical learning solutions.
• Close skills gaps, advance regulatory readiness, and support strategic initiatives.
