Job summary

Thinklance LLP is seeking a participant to support education and training initiatives in a healthcare setting. You will help develop curricula, materials, and programs aligned with current and future talent needs while assisting with clinical training and patient care under supervision.

You will educate residents, fellows, students, and interns, contribute to daily business activities, and work on defined projects with learning objectives. Strong teamwork and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a post-secondary degree program.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Excellent organizational, technical, documentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, under supervision, and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Support career development by developing education, training curricula, materials, and programs aligned with current and future talent needs.
• Perform student education duties including clinical training and providing exceptional care to patients.
• Educate residents, fellows, Pharmacy, Imaging, medical students, and bachelor-level interns.
• Work under supervision in a hands-on environment supporting daily business activities.
• Work on defined projects under faculty supervision with specific tasks and learning objectives.
• Apply corporate values of respect, honesty, fairness, and pursuit of excellence in healthcare service delivery.
• Maintain collaborative team relationships to contribute to group goals and foster a positive work environment.
