Job summary

MedSightAI seeks a Healthcare Customer Success Specialist to drive exceptional client outcomes for our AI healthcare solutions. You will onboard new clients, train users, and build lasting relationships with providers and IT leaders to maximize adoption and value.

You will monitor usage, collaborate with product and engineering, and translate client needs into actionable improvements while delivering clear, jargon-free guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles within healthcare or technology sectors.
• Strong understanding of healthcare industry workflows, regulations, and terminology.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
• Experience working with SaaS products and knowledge of AI technologies is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare clients to ensure their success and satisfaction with MedSightAI products.
• Conduct onboarding sessions and training programs to help clients effectively implement and utilize our AI healthcare solutions.
• Develop strong relationships with healthcare providers and administrators to understand their needs and challenges.
• Proactively monitor client usage and performance metrics to identify opportunities for increased adoption and value realization.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to communicate client feedback and influence product enhancements.
• Provide timely resolution to client issues and coordinate technical support when necessary.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and resources to support client education and troubleshooting.
• Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to ensure continuous alignment with their goals.
