Job summary

NK Consultancy LLC in the healthcare education space seeks an AI Product Manager to lead the Marketing-Product team. You’ll design, build, and launch AI-enabled training products and agent-led simulations with minimal engineering support.

You’ll collaborate with clinical SMEs, nurse educators, and operations leads to translate training needs into effective digital learning experiences while defining strategy, roadmap, and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or related tech role
• Hands-on
• vibe coding
• ability to build AI-powered products with little engineering support
• Comfort working in a no-code/low-code environment to build digital products
• Strong written communication skills
• Ability to manage ambiguity and create structure in a new role with limited precedent
• Collaborative mindset working with clinical SMEs, non-technical stakeholders, and leadership

Responsibilities

• Define and launch the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of AI-enabled products that create measurable customer and business value
• Apply product discovery, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making to translate stakeholder needs into prioritized problem statements and iterative releases
• Validate solutions and reduce risk through rapid experiments, scaling what works across channels and segments
• Establish success metrics and observability for product and model performance
• Confirm all solutions meet security, privacy, and responsible-AI standards
• Partner cross-functionally to align training priorities with business goals
