Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or related role.
• Hands-on build of functional products or content using AI tools with minimal engineering support.
• No-code/low-code environment experience to build digital products.
• Strong written communication to produce clear, structured content.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and create structure in new territory.
• Collaborative mindset with clinicians SMEs and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and launch the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of AI-enabled products with measurable value.
• Apply product discovery, experiments, and data-driven decisions to translate needs into releases.
• Validate solutions and scale successful approaches across channels and segments.
• Establish success metrics and observability for product and model performance.
• Ensure security, privacy, and responsible-AI standards.
• Partner cross-functionally to align training priorities with business goals.
